A.P.HIGH COURT CASES.....
All the Five persons including CMD Gopal Shekhawat, Akhil Patrawala, Hiren Devani, Saleem Khan and Prateek Desai got bail from Lower court in cases of three places Ongale, Chirala and Kandukar. Few cases from other places has been withdrawn by the complainant and only two places Guntoor and Vijaywada cases are pending to get bail on 16th Nov 2012.
Have patience "Ye toh trailer hai picture abhi baaki hai."

Mumbai Sr.Advocate Mr. Ashok Sarogi told clearly in the interview in Channels: Lemon News and Channel One that:
1. Nmart will revive its business for sure, very soon and in a better way.

Spreading partial and incomplete news by few TV channels and news paper created panic and fear in our associates. This was deliberately done by some peoples to damage our organization. Their statement of absconding of CMD Gopal Shekhawat was proved wrong by sincere effort of management team. They provided live current video recording of CMD on ABP news channel today 12th Nov 2012 by evening. All of you can see these news channels rolling down to facts of the case and will stop spreading fake stories.
Associates have patience; very soon our entire cases will be decided by court only not by these TV channels and news papers. They are selling sensational news to promote themselves. S need not to worry. Nmart will restart again.
